Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of wiredpass.com and the WiredPass study service (the "Service"), operated by WiredPass ("we", "us"). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to them.
The Service
WiredPass is an independent study tool for electrician licensing exams. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), PSI, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), or any licensing authority. NEC® is a registered trademark of the NFPA. Our questions are original and cite code articles. We do not reproduce NEC text. You need your own copy of the code book.
Study materials are for exam preparation only. They are not professional, engineering, or legal advice, and they are no substitute for the adopted code and your local authority having jurisdiction for real-world work.
Founding member pre-sale
- The founding offer is a one-time payment of $29 for access to the Texas journeyman (2026 NEC) program until you pass that exam.
- The Service is in development. Founding members get early access when it launches, and we'll email you when your account is ready.
- If your account isn't available within 90 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. See the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
- Features described on the site may change as we build. Your core access won't be reduced.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars. Refunds follow our Refund & Guarantee Policy.
Your account and acceptable use
- Access is for you personally. Don't share your login or resell access.
- Don't copy, scrape, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or other content.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, and software, belongs to WiredPass or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to make our content accurate and effective, but we can't guarantee you will pass any exam. Our only performance promise is the pass-or-refund guarantee described in the Refund & Guarantee Policy. If you find an error, please report it. We fix reported errors quickly.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including exam fees or lost wages.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
