Privacy Policy

This policy explains what WiredPass collects when you use wiredpass.com, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need and never sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Email address, when you join the waitlist or buy.
• Purchase details: your name, email, and billing country, from Stripe. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Study data, once the app launches: your answers, progress, exam date, and study preferences, used to personalize your plan.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, browser, and approximate location, collected through server logs and advertising measurement.

How we use it

• To deliver the Service, process payments, and handle refunds and guarantee claims.
• To send emails you asked for (waitlist updates, account and purchase emails).
• To improve our content and measure which ads bring people to the site.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run WiredPass:

• Stripe (payments)
• Resend (email delivery and contact lists)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Google Ads (ad conversion measurement, using cookies)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to learn whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. It may set cookies in your browser. You can control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and block cookies in your browser settings.

Emails

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Purchase and account emails are sent as part of the Service.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while you have an account or are on the waitlist. We delete score reports 90 days after a guarantee decision. You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing hi@wiredpass.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under the CCPA or GDPR), and we'll honor them.

Children

WiredPass is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
